- Choice of your favorite DJ from our talented staff based on your style. A team approach to working with our awesome Photographers and Videographers. We’ve worked together as a team so much that we know exactly how to stay out of each other’s way and sometimes we can even communicate with a little eye contact.
- Back up equipment and back up staff included in all packages. We never book to complete capacity because we never know what’s going to happen on event day. We always have a qualified backup DJ, Videographer and or Photographer on event day because strange things can happen (like a global pandemic). We have a procedure where all of our staff check in with our backup so we always know that our team has made it to the event successfully.
- Early 2 hour set up to create a seamless guest arrival. We don’t charge for our early setup time and we always confirm with the venue our load-in times, guest arrival time, dinner time and end time so we can be sure that our timeline is in sync with the client and the venue.
- Separate sound systems available for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception locations. Every room is different and so is every event. Our specialists can give you recommendations for the best sound at your venue. Extra sound is sometimes necessary for a certain level of comfort. This allows us to have the same volume (anywhere in the room) during speeches, announcements and background music.
- Professional state of the art audio systems with a clean appearance. We update our sound and lighting equipment every 2-3 years so we have the best equipment in the industry. Ear fatigue is a real thing! If you’re in front of a speaker that’s screaming at you all night, you can only take so much until it’s time to go. Our bass and highs are matched perfectly and we change our speaker setup later in the night (when the volume is higher for dancing) so there are areas in the room that people can escape and still hold a conversation.
- Unlimited Music Selection through an online customized client portal. You have the freedom to list out your music preferences in your very own Planning Portal. We subscribe the one of the leading music pools in the world. As soon as the radio stations obtain all the new music, we get the same radio edits. We pay for all of our music so we have the best quality and best versions. We also subscribe to some remix services so we have dance floor friendly up-tempo versions of songs that might be a little too downtempo for dancing.
- Planning Meetings & consultations with your DJ before your event. You’ll have the opportunity to speak with your DJ a few weeks before the wedding to make sure both parties understand the expectations. They’ll cover all of your timing, music and announcements so they have a personized plan when they show up for your big day.
- Announcements and Wireless Mic included. You won’t even have to wear a watch on the day of your event. The DJ will have all everything documented and he’ll keep you on track so your night doesn’t get away from you. He’ll speak with every person who’s expected to give a speech or a toast so they’re ready and prepped when it’s their turn.
- Unlimited Planning Support with Professional Event Coordinators through phone, email and text. We want you to call us. We love helping. That’s why we’ve so many successful events over our 20+ year span.

We will set up you up with a quick meeting with our knowledgeable staff where you’ll get some basic information, pricing and emails with all the information you need to watch demo videos, select your DJ based on interactivity, style, music needs, and personality and access to your own customized client portal where all the planning magic happens.
